About
West End Farm is a locally family-owned produce and poultry farm and nursery in Herkimer, in the Mohawk Valley. The farm sells fresh produce all season long, both at its own farm stand and at farmers’ markets around the region.
It also helps with food access. The farm partnered with Cornell Cooperative Extension of Herkimer County to run a mobile veggie van that brings fresh vegetables to underserved communities. The van is funded by Herkimer County HealthNet, UpMobility and Excellus BlueCross BlueShield.
