Underground Beer Lab

Underground Beer Lab is a small-production brewery in East Syracuse, just outside the city, specializing in super fresh IPAs and other hop-forward styles. The beers come out as weekend can releases, and the brewery has been open to the public since 2021, after years of building a following.

The brewery began in an underground warehouse in 2017 before moving across town. It brews for the self-described juice wolves, the beer nerds and anyone who likes high-quality craft beer, with constant experimentation and continual improvement in the pursuit of something special.
