Thornwood MX

Thornwood MX is a motocross track in Williamstown, in Oswego County. The main track runs 1.1 miles over mostly sandy-loam soil, with jumps, turns, built-up berm and bowl corners, a whoops section and a split section.

The track bills its under-over tunnel jump as the only one in the state. It’s beginner friendly but has challenging areas for advanced riders, and a small 50cc-only practice track lets young kids learn turns and balance without tackling the main course. Facilities include a 36-rider starting gate, a bike wash area and a covered pavilion for sign-ups.
