About
The Bite Box is a fully operational mobile kitchen based in Syracuse, designed by Jeanne and built by Bob. It grew out of a business with two stores that kept taking part in off-site events and needed a better way to move food and equipment.
The menu includes recipes developed over the years in both stores as well as fun, new creations. The Bite Box goes to all kinds of public events, and it also provides catering for private events.
