TDO (Train, Develop, Optimize)

TDO, which stands for Train, Develop, Optimize, is a not-for-profit consulting and training organization in Liverpool, in Onondaga County. It helps businesses and organizations grow by getting more out of their people, an approach built on harnessing the power of the workforce to build stronger teams.

TDO is also the New York State NIST Manufacturing Extension Partnership center for Central New York, known as NY MEP, so manufacturers across the region are a natural part of its work.
