Syracuse Stage

Syracuse Stage is the nonprofit, professional theatre company in residence at Syracuse University. It has earned national recognition for stimulating theatrical work that engages Central New York, and it is a vital partner in the educational mission of the university’s Department of Drama, so the stage and the classroom are closely linked.

The company’s mission is to tell stories that engage, entertain and inspire audiences to see life beyond their own experience. Through inclusion, outreach and bold productions, it shapes the cultural and social life of the region and enriches the student experience on the Syracuse University campus.
