Syracuse Friends of Chamber Music

Syracuse Friends of Chamber Music brings top performers in the art form to Syracuse. Six performances are scheduled each season, which gives local audiences a steady chance to hear some of the finest players in the genre without traveling to a big city, in an evening of live classical music.

Programs draw from the classical masters, with works from Bach, Mozart, Rossini, Brahms, Beethoven and Handel, among others. Chamber music is played by small ensembles, which makes for an intimate evening and a good introduction to classical music.
