SMV Recruiting, LLC

SMV Recruiting, LLC is a recruiting firm in Syracuse that connects employers with job candidates. It belongs to MACNY, the Manufacturers Association of Central New York, so its work touches the region’s manufacturing and industrial community. The firm sits in the professional services field, helping companies find the right people for open roles.

Finding the right people takes time, and a recruiter handles the searching, screening and introductions so managers can keep their attention on the work in front of them. For a growing shop or plant, that outside help can speed up a hire.
