Sandstone Hollow Club at Turning Stone

About

Golfers short on time have a nine-hole, par-three option at Sandstone Hollow Club at Turning Stone in Verona, Oneida County. Rick Smith designed it with the busy golfer in mind, and a round can be finished in about an hour, which makes it easy to fit in around other plans at the resort.

This is not a pitch-and-putt. The holes wind through woods and wetlands, with greens ringed by wild fescue grasses and rock outcroppings, and the course is built to push a golfer’s game. It is part of the Turning Stone resort in Verona.
