Rosalie’s Cucina
About
Rosalie’s Cucina is an owner-operated Italian restaurant and wine cellar in Skaneateles, the village at the north end of Skaneateles Lake. It was built with great love by Phillip Romano for his sister Rosalie, and her name still hangs over the place. Dinner and wine go hand in hand here.
The team is proud of its chefs, wait staff and bartenders, who keep Rosalie’s legacy going with good food, friendly service and, above all, happy guests. Skaneateles draws plenty of visitors to its lakefront and Main Street shops, and a family-built cucina is a warm place to end the day.
