Pail Shop Vineyards, Winery & Tasting Room is a small-production winery in a converted barn overlooking Fly Creek Valley, just over the hill from Main Street in Cooperstown. The team crushes, presses, ferments and ages its wines on site, using grapes sourced from top growing regions around New York.
Wines range from dry to sweet, and the grounds cover 40 acres with a hillside vineyard, picnic tables, Adirondack chairs around the pond and barrel fire pits. It makes a natural stop for a picnic and a glass of wine.
