Oswego Health Home Care

Oswego Health Home Care is the home care arm of Oswego Health, the health care system serving Oswego County. Home care agencies bring nursing and support services to patients where they live, which helps people recover or manage conditions without a trip to the hospital.

Oswego Health also covers many other areas of care across the county, from the hospital and urgent care to physician practices, mental health services and laboratory testing. Its orthopedics team, for example, sees patients at the Fulton Medical Center, in an office suite with three orthopedic surgeons and digital technology.
