About
Oswego County Opportunities, often called OCO, is a private, nonprofit human service agency based in Fulton. It serves about 15,000 people a year through more than 50 programs, reaching residents across Oswego County with practical help for everyday needs, from assistance for the homeless to health care.
The programs cover a lot of ground: help for people who are homeless, education for children, youth and adults, reproductive health care for women and men, independence for people with disabilities, meals for seniors and others, safety for people who are abused, youth support and transportation.
