NY Goat Yoga at Gilbertsville Farmhouse
About
NY Goat Yoga at Gilbertsville Farmhouse is a farm-based yoga experience in South New Berlin, Chenango County, where baby goats join the class. It began as a happy coincidence when the owner, Sharon, was gifted two baby goats for Easter in 2017 to expand the family on the farm.
Those first goats hopped all over the house, the barns and the tables outside, and their snuggles led to three more. Goat yoga followed, and the 2017 season was a hit. Favorite yogis have included Tyra Banks and Action Bronson, and the farm’s stated aim is to spread the joy.
