Northern Onondaga Public Library

About

Northern Onondaga Public Library, known as NOPL, serves Brewerton, Cicero and North Syracuse through three branches that once grew up independently in their own communities. State legislation in 1995 joined them into a single library, which is now a member of the Onondaga County Public Library System.

Its mission is to engage the community, share resources and connect people to information, ideas and each other. Services include computers and copier-scanners, borrowable laptops and hotspots, study rooms and meeting space, notary service at each branch and a preservation lab at the Brewerton branch.
