North Riding LLC

On the north shore of Oneida Lake in Cleveland, North Riding LLC is an equestrian estate and event venue. Its refurbished dairy barn, built in the early 1900s, stands on a hilltop overlooking the lake and has become a gathering place for weddings, horse shows, retirement parties, corporate events and more.

The Duggleby family began refurbishing the property in 1998. Today it also hosts The North Shore Rodeo, the Livin’ Wide Open car show and the For the Farmers Gala, among other events. Large or small, groups are invited out to the farm to enjoy the peace and history of the place.
