North Area Family YMCA
About
Families in the northern Syracuse suburbs find fitness and wellness programs at North Area Family YMCA, a nonprofit community organization in Liverpool. Like other YMCAs, it is built around healthy living, youth development and giving back to the community. It is one of the community anchors in this part of Onondaga County.
YMCA branches typically offer workouts, swim lessons, kids’ programs and community events, and members and neighbors alike use them as a gathering place. Liverpool sits on the shore of Onondaga Lake just northwest of Syracuse, and the Y serves residents of the surrounding communities.
