New York State Maple Producers Association

About

The New York State Maple Producers Association is the statewide trade group for maple syrup makers, with an office on Myron Road in Syracuse. The association organizes Maple Weekend, when member farms across New York open their sugarhouses each March for tours, tastings and pancake breakfasts, with funding from members and the state Department of Agriculture and Markets. The association’s website lists member producers by location and products and has educational articles on sap collection, syrup grades and maple nutrition.
