Morningstar Care Center, Inc., also known as Morningstar Residential Care Center, is a family-owned and operated skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Oswego, on the shore of Lake Ontario. Its mission is to provide people in the community with healthcare, customer service and support. Oswego is also home to SUNY Oswego.
