Meier’s Creek Brewing Company runs its brewery and taproom just outside the lakeside town of Cazenovia, about 25 miles from downtown Syracuse. All the brewing and bottling happens on site, and a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows lets guests peek into the brewing facility while tasting the latest release.
The taproom has 16 taps, a three-season patio and a beer garden, along with a full lunch and dinner menu of American fare. The 22-acre property includes hops and barley fields, an active apiary and a path to the Burlingame Trail network for walking, hiking and snowshoeing.
