Lock 1 Distilling Company

Lock 1 Distilling Company is a New York State Grain to Glass farm distillery in downtown Phoenix, set right at Lock 1 of the Oswego Canal. The distillers make, bottle and sell handcrafted spirits from local ingredients, and the whole process is handled in-house. It’s a craft spirits stop with canal history built in.
