Lemon Grass & Bistro Elephant is a pair of restaurants in Syracuse. Lemon Grass has been serving Pacific Rim-Thai cuisine to Central New York for more than 17 years, from fresh spring rolls and curries to creative desserts, backed by an award-winning wine list and a knowledgeable staff.
In January 2008, Lemon Grass opened a second concept, Bistro Elephant, inspired by both Lemon Grass and a former French bistro called 238 Bistro. Bistro Elephant serves Euro-Asian cuisine in small and large plates meant for sharing, with a bar for cocktails and cozy banquette-style tables for a longer evening.
