Kuckel, George & Pinny
About
George and Pinny Kuckel are members of the Clinton Chamber of Commerce, based in Deansboro, a small hamlet in Oneida County not far from the village of Clinton. Unlike most entries in a business directory, theirs is an individual membership rather than a storefront or an office.
Chambers of commerce draw in neighbors as well as businesses, and the Clinton chamber’s reach extends to the rural communities around the village, Deansboro among them. It’s a reminder that local business groups are as much about community ties as about commerce.
