Homer Central School District

Children in Homer and the surrounding area of Cortland County learn in the Homer Central School District, the public school system serving the village just north of the city of Cortland. It’s the school community for local students from the early grades through high school, and a big part of village life.

School districts are a major gathering point for a community, with games, concerts and performances bringing families together. For anyone considering a move to the Homer area, the district is one of the first things worth learning about.
