Hartley’s Auto and RV is an automobile and recreational vehicle business in Cortland, the Cortland County seat between Syracuse and Binghamton. It handles vehicle sales and service for drivers and campers in the area, covering both everyday cars and the RVs people take on the road for vacations.

With lakes, state parks and campgrounds all within a short drive, a dealer that works with both cars and RVs is a convenient find for Cortland-area drivers. Cortland is also home to SUNY Cortland, which keeps the city’s roads busy.
