Gorgers Cortland
About
Gorgers Cortland is a fast-casual sandwich spot built on freshness. Brothers Matthew and Barton Diamond created the concept in 2012, deciding to bake the bread from scratch, in-house, every day and to build a globally influenced menu around it.
The menu draws on Argentinian steakhouses, New Orleans po’ boys, Southern barbecue, Hawaiian shrimp trucks and Caribbean cooking, all prepared in-house. The restaurant is also community-minded, donating extras to the food bank and running as a zero-waste facility, which it calls the Food Revolution.
