Garage Gym Oneida

Garage Gym Oneida is a workout space in Oneida, a small city in Madison County. The name points to a stripped-down, training-first approach, the kind of gym where the focus is on getting the work done.

Oneida is known as the home of the Oneida Community, the nineteenth-century group whose enterprises grew into the Oneida silverware company. A local gym is a good fit for a city with that kind of community spirit, handy for residents who want to train close to home.
