About
Experience Cortland GeoTour is a geocaching tour that follows the byways of Cortland County to hideaways where caches have been stashed for visitors to find. Some of the spots are secret, and some are not so secret.
Along the way, the tour introduces the county’s history, including the underground railroad, Civil War camps, major league ballplayers and a famous truck-building past. It also passes through some of the nicest countryside and rural villages in New York State, and it is featured by Experience Cortland, the area tourism group.
