Dwyer Building
About
The Dwyer Building is a historic downtown building in Cazenovia, built in 1871. It was once the home of H.P. Aikman Hardware and Dwyer’s Pharmacy, two businesses from the village’s commercial past, and it still sits in the middle of the downtown district.
Today it holds one- and two-bedroom apartments above four retail storefronts. That mix puts residents in the middle of Cazenovia’s shopping district, a short walk from Cazenovia Lake and the village’s restaurants, with shops right on the ground floor.
