Clinton Garden Club, The

Gardeners in the Clinton area have a gathering place in The Clinton Garden Club, a community organization in Oneida County. Garden clubs are about swapping tips, sharing a love of plants and, often, beautifying the places around town. In a region where winters are long and the growing season is short, people who love plants tend to find each other.

Clinton is a village known as the home of Hamilton College, with a Village Green at its center and plenty of yards to tend. For anyone who likes digging in the dirt, a local club is a friendly way to meet neighbors who feel the same.
