Cicero Youth Bureau, Parks & Recreation

Recreation in the greater Cicero area runs through the Cicero Youth Bureau, Parks & Recreation. The office serves a town of suburban neighborhoods just north of Syracuse in Onondaga County, and a department like this generally looks after local parks and plans activities for kids and families.

For anyone who has recently moved to the area or has young children at home, it’s a sensible first stop when you’re looking for something to do close to home. Parks, playgrounds and youth activities are the kind of everyday services a town depends on.

What to Know

• It serves the greater Cicero area, not just a single neighborhood.
• Youth programming and parks fall under the same roof, which keeps family activities easy to find.
• It’s a member of the Cicero Plank Road Chamber of Commerce.
