Brewery Ommegang
About
Brewery Ommegang opened in 1997 to craft Belgian-style ales, and it has become one of the best-known stops near Cooperstown. The brewery sits on a 136-acre farmstead, with a well-stocked brewery store and an annual calendar of public events. It’s one of the area’s best-known craft beverage destinations.
Ommegang brews eight ales year-round along with a long list of seasonal and specialty beers, and the beers have won a national following among craft beer fans. The 100-seat Cafe Ommegang serves Belgian-inspired dishes built around many locally grown ingredients. The brewery is part of the Duvel family of fine beers.
