Bobby Sharp Glassworks

Bobby Sharp Glassworks is the studio of glassblower Bobby Sharp in Oneonta. His pieces blend a smooth, modern look with his own take on the world, and many are as functional as they are beautiful. The process of turning flowing liquid glass into solid form has an almost magical quality.

He works with high-quality materials sourced from around the world but makes everything locally in Otsego County. The studio also teaches glassblowing workshops for people who want to try shaping molten glass themselves. Oneonta is home to SUNY Oneonta and Hartwick College, and the studio adds a hands-on art experience to the mix.
