Art of Wilderness
About
Art of Wilderness is the studio of Robert McNamara, an accomplished artist whose paintings have been exhibited nationally and internationally. The plants and animals around his studio often become the subjects of his work. The studio’s setting in the northern forest shapes what ends up on the canvas.
His work has appeared in exhibits including Birds in Art at the Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum, Wildlife Artists View and the Society of Animal Artists’ annual exhibition. His studio is on a streamside site on the edge of the Tug Hill Plateau, in the Great Northern Forest.
