A.J. Read Science Discovery Center at SUNY
About
Since 1988, the A.J. Read Science Discovery Center has been connecting people of all ages to science. Today it occupies a new space in the Physical Science Building at SUNY Oneonta, where it runs as a hands-on museum for the whole region.
Visitors find interactive exhibits and live demonstrations, plus special programming such as talks, workshops and planetarium shows. Admission is free. The center welcomes school, scout and other group visits and takes reservations for them, so teachers and troop leaders can plan a trip.
