Before opening a storefront, the bakers sold bagels at farmers’ markets and special events for about three years, and their bagels have turned up at local brunches at Tailor and the Cook, Nail Creek Pub and The BeerHub. The shop adds prepared bagels and coffee, with meat from Slate Creek Farm in Remsen and house coffee from FoJo Beans in Hamilton.
