VVS Central Schools

VVS Central Schools is the public school district serving the Vernon, Verona and Sherrill area, with the initials taken from those three communities. The district educates local children from kindergarten through high school. Central school districts like this one are a cornerstone of community life in small-town New York.

School events, from football games to concerts and graduations, tend to bring entire communities together. For families moving into the area, the district is often one of the first things to learn about. Families usually follow a district’s calendar closely, from sports schedules to concert dates.
