Upstate Bar and Grill is a gastropub in Cooperstown, founded as a partnership between a chef, an entrepreneur and a brewer who shared a love of craft beer and good food. Their goal was to bring Cooperstown a real taste of the gastropub experience, with beer and food on equal footing.
The menu pairs rich, savory dishes with the area’s craft beers, and 24 beers are on tap. The chef-inspired kitchen takes advantage of the region, making it a natural stop for friends and family exploring the Leatherstocking region. Motorcoach groups are welcome from September through May.
