Tinkertown Provisions

Tinkertown Provisions is an Oneonta business best known for its craft hot sauce, which has won awards. The sauce is made in the Western Catskills, and the company sells it as a specialty food item for people who like to keep a good bottle of heat in the kitchen.

There is a second side to the business, too. Tinkertown also makes podcasts, and those have been award-nominated. Hot sauce and podcasts make an unusual pairing, and it gives the company a personality that sets it apart from the typical specialty food shop in Otsego County.
