The Sheep House

The Sheep House is a vacation rental in Richfield Springs, close to Cooperstown and the National Baseball Hall of Fame. The four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home covers about 4,700 square feet and sits on 4.4 acres across Allen Lake, with lake views from the side of the property.

The sheep are the stars: they roam the yard behind an electric fence that keeps wild animals away. Inside, there’s a sun room with a sunken bar, an enclosed front porch, a living room with skylights and a large fireplace, a formal dining room and an eat-in kitchen with a coffee station. A dry sauna and whirlpool tub are in the primary bathroom.
