The Oncenter John H. Mulroy Civic Center Theate…

About

The Oncenter John H. Mulroy Civic Center Theaters sit within The Oncenter, a three-city-block complex in downtown Syracuse that combines an arena, theaters and a convention center. The theaters were added in 1975, more than two decades after the arena opened, and serve as the complex’s home for performing arts.

The Oncenter began with the War Memorial Arena in 1951 and later added the Nicholas J. Pirro Convention Center in 1992. Together they give it flexible meeting, convention, banquet and event space for groups of every size, and it also works as a wedding venue.
