The Mustard Seed is a gift shop and gluten-free food shop at Canal Place in Little Falls. It began more than 30 years ago, when Juli Webster, then 16, and her mom were inspired by a magazine story about a cute little herb shop and decided to try something similar.
The business grew from mail order and vendor fairs into a first shop in Little Falls and, most recently, its home at Canal Place. Shelves hold gifts, handmade artisan herbal goods, scents, spice blends, souvenirs and gluten-free products, and visitors often remark on the shop’s positive energy.
