The Ice Farm & Christmas Tree Farm in Jordan is a two-sided business: hand-carved ice sculptures for special events, and a Choose & Cut Christmas tree farm for the holidays. Both are run by Stan Kolonko, an ice sculptor and New York State native, in the village west of Syracuse.
The sculptures are made for weddings, banquets, corporate functions, birthdays, anniversaries, festivals and other celebrations. When the holidays come around, the tree farm opens so families can pick out and cut their own tree as a seasonal tradition.
