The Cherry Valley Museum
About
The Cherry Valley Museum is a local history museum in the village of Cherry Valley, in Otsego County, inside the White-Phelon-Sutliff House built by Jonathan Kinsbury in 1812-13. The building is a fine example of Federal, Greek Revival, Italianate and Colonial architecture, and it sits inside a historic landscape district.
The museum is on the State and Federal Registers of Historic Places and is a designated New York State Revolutionary War Heritage Trail Site. Its two floors hold Victorian furniture, toys and clothing, Revolutionary War artifacts from the Cherry Valley Massacre, early fire pumpers and much more.
