The Brae Loch Inn

About

The Brae Loch Inn is a restaurant, inn and event venue in Cazenovia, beside Cazenovia Lake. Its story starts in 1946, when Adam Scotty Brown, his wife Eva and their two boys opened a summer-only restaurant in an old farmhouse in Borodino, on a hilltop overlooking Skaneateles Lake.

In 1950 the family decided to relocate to the present site beside picturesque Cazenovia Lake. The inn also appears under the name Hill Lake Inn. Today it covers lodging, fine dining, weddings and meetings, with cooking that draws on Scottish, French and American traditions.
