Syracuse Food Truck Association Inc.

The Syracuse Food Truck Association was created in 2015 by local mobile food vendors who wanted to band together. The goal was to promote, educate and lobby for the fast-growing food truck culture in Syracuse and across Central New York, and to give the trucks a collective voice.

It started with just three food trucks and has grown to nearly 40 members. The association works directly with vendors, event planners, municipal government, promoters and customers to organize events and to help the industry grow. For hungry locals, it is a good name to know when the trucks gather.
