STS Guide Service

STS Guide Service is a fishing guide business run by Stephen Shen, who started fishing the Salmon River at a young age. He began guiding on weekends during the fall and early winter as soon as he entered college, and he now lives full time in Oswego County.

Shen guides on the Salmon River from early fall into spring and works as a deckhand on a charter boat fishing Lake Ontario out of the Port of Oswego. He is a U.S. Coast Guard licensed captain as well as a New York State licensed and insured guide.
