Shifty’s Bar & Grill

Shifty’s Bar & Grill is a Syracuse institution that opened in 1959 and has not changed much since. It is known as central New York’s home for a cold beer, hot wings and some of the best live bands in the region, in a setting that has stayed much the same for decades.
