Since its gallery doors opened in 1994, Salmon River Fine Arts Center has been a home for art in Pulaski, Oswego County. The nonprofit was founded in 1991, and its programs are volunteer driven and meant to educate and enrich the community around it. Anyone who loves art is invited to join in.
