Riverwalk Apartments

Riverwalk Apartments is a four-story, mixed-use building on the Oswego waterfront, locally owned and veteran owned. It holds 32 waterfront apartments with underground parking, plus an oven-fired pizza restaurant and a handmade bagel shop on the first floor, so residents can walk downstairs for breakfast or dinner.

The project was part of the Downtown Revitalization Initiative that New York State awarded to the City of Oswego. It turned a building lot that had fallen into disrepair into a source of new business growth, with a mission of creating jobs, offering downtown living and generating revenue in the local community.
